Concerning Fonds de pensions Medtronic.

As part of a reorganisation of activities earlier this year, Medtronic separated from a global business. In this context, as at 28 February 2026, around sixty insured members left the Medtronic Pension Fund to join their new Pension Fund as from 1 March 2026. No pension beneficiaries are affected by this transfer. In accordance with Article 1 of the Partial Liquidation Regulations, the conditions for a partial liquidation are met. On 24 June 2026, the Pension Board decided to proceed with this partial liquidation. For clarity, this partial liquidation results from the collective transfer of around sixty members to their new occupational benefits institution. Members leaving individually the Medtronic Pension Fund are not affected by this partial liquidation. FURTHER INFORMATION The persons concerned by this partial liquidation may, until 14 September 2026, review the partial liquidation report issued by the Pension Fund’s expert. During this period, they may submit their comments and observations on the partial liquidation plan in writing to the Pension Board. In the absence of any objection or proceedings initiated with the competent Supervisory Authority, the Pension Board will implement the partial liquidation on the basis of the conclusions of the partial liquidation report dated 24 June 2026.

Objections are due by 14 September 2026.
